Data nerds– We’re always measuring outcomes and tweaking our processes to deliver a data driven lunch experience day-in and day-out

Quick to own our mistakes- We work in a start-up environment that requires a sense of fearlessness and the need for experimentation. If something doesn’t work, we own it. We chalk it up as a learning experience and move on. 

Goal chasers- It’s an internal joke that we set an initial goal- then we double it. We believe we should always be pushing ourselves to dream bigger because we owe it to ourselves and our customers.

Sifted is looking for an experienced, professional and creative candidate to join Sifted’s management team and run the daily operations for the local office. The role includes managing all client accounts and daily lunch service, coaching and managing the team of Hosts, overseeing the city’s P/L, and running all business development and marketing for Denver. 

What you’ll be doing …

  • Serve as the team lead of the local market, manage staff and daily operations
  • Manage all client accounts and communication with key contacts
  • Build a client feedback engine that continuously informs and directs every menu and client experience decision
  • Develop a service playbook and train new hires
  • Manage the financials and growth goals for the local office including reporting weekly progress against goals to the co-founders
  • Create a scalable distribution model
  • Develop a repeatable and cost effective sales and marketing approach that generates new client contracts and staff-level buzz

//  Nashville Community Manager

 

A Sifted community manager is operationally-oriented and obsessed with championing the voices of our clients. As the primary liaison between the culinary team and the Sifted community, he or she is responsible for energizing an efficient, personalized lunch service in a high-volume environment. Reporting directly to the city manager, the role includes leading lunch service Monday-Friday, managing the host team, and serving as the primary contact for all clients.

What you’ll be doing …

  • Managing the pack-out, lunch delivery, set-up and onsite experience across client community 
  • Onboarding new clients and serving as their initial host 
  • Building a dynamic + knowledgeable team of hosts and overseeing their schedule and performance
  • Improving logistics for operational team 
  • Plugging into the local startup scene and creating buzz for our lunch programs
  • Communicating directly with clients across multiple platforms, resolving issues professionally and quickly 
  • Supporting city manager in strategic projects

Open positions in Nashville, Atlanta, Denver + Austin. 

Sifted is hiring customer experience-minded Hosts to deliver lunch and manage the on-site experience at our clients’ locations. 

The ideal candidate is interested in pop-up events and values all the elements that contribute to an out-of-this-world event experience.

What you’ll be doing …

  • Managing the Sifted lunch experience at the client’s location and ensuring every staff member is delighted
  • Meet w/ the chef at the kitchen to learn the menu, pick up lunch and deliver to the client’s office
  • Create an inspired, pop-up vibe in the client’s office using branded butcher paper and creativity
  • Tell the story of the menu and featured ingredients to the staff as they come by for lunch
  • Collect feedback including specific metrics and report back to the founders
  • Suggest ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience

The best candidate …

  • Loves working fast-paced events and interacting with guests
  • Enjoys building the Sifted brand and looks forward to representing it
