Jess Legge and Kimberly Lexow were masters of the 9 to 5 at a high-growth tech startup and they had one question: "Can the work lunch be better?” Imagining an office where team members want to stick around and share a table of inspired food, Jess and Kimberly founded Sifted in 2015.

    Full-time employees receive 100% Paid Health Insurance as well as Vision + Dental Insurance Options. Part-time employees receive 100% Paid Teladoc Medicine + Discounted Prescriptions.

    We offer unlimited vacation for all salaried team members and two weeks of vacation per year for all full-time hourly team members. Part-time team members receive 24 hours or 3 days of PTO.
