When Jess Legge co-founded Sifted in 2015, she set out to deliver meaningful workplace perks that connect employees to one another and to their companies. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, Jess understands the importance of creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome. Through our team building experiences and culture programs, Sifted is proud to help rad companies bring their people together all year round.

We recognize that life would be bland if we were all one flavor, so we celebrate our differences and lean into the innovative thinking that comes from different perspectives. We believe in building an authentic, inclusive culture and helping our clients do the same. 

We create sustenance that’s sustainable.

We are also proud to be a zero-food waste company. 🌎 We use data to predict how much food we need, so less goes uneaten, and we compost any remaining scraps. Plus, nearly all of our packaging is either recyclable, compostable or reusable. And we partner with Copia, a market-leading food donation platform to ensure that every leftover meal finds a human who needs it. 

To celebrate Pride 2022, we’re thrilled to donate uneaten meals this month to local organizations serving the queer community. ❤️💛💚💙💜
