THE SHEPHERD'S INN
Shepherd’s Inn is located close to downtown Atlanta, where a large density of homeless individuals resides. The Shepherd’s Inn offers shelter to up to 450 men any given night and exists to meet the immediate needs of those experiencing homelessness by providing basic necessities, a warm meal, and a safe space to sleep.
I CARE ATLANTA
Dekalb County faces some of the highest rates of homelessness in the Atlanta area. I Care Atlanta is devoted to stabilizing lives and preventing homelessness by providing groceries, cooked foods, and other resources to clients in need of assistance. ICA delivers these services through its mobile pantry and in-house direct distribution services.
MY SISTER'S HOUSE
Fulton County has the highest population of food insecure children in Georgia. This overnight homeless shelter accommodates women and children. They also provide transitional housing, job training, life-skills, counseling, and addiction recovery to help women get their families back on their feet.
