What does a great day of office dining actually look like?
At Sifted, there’s a lot happening behind the scenes to make lunchtime feel effortless. Fresh, chef-prepared food, thoughtful presentation, a welcoming onsite team, and all the little details that turn an everyday office lunch into something employees look forward to.
Come along for a look at a real Sifted lunch service—from setup to clean-up—and see how it all comes together.
It Starts In Our Kitchen
Our local chefs prepare every element of the meal fresh in our commercial kitchens. Before service, the team tastes the dishes together and gets a walkthrough of the day’s menu directly from the head chef. Meals are then carefully packed in professional food transport equipment designed to maintain proper temperatures and quality on the way to your office.

Our Team Delivers & Sets Up
Every office is different, and we know how to make the most of your space.
From compact kitchens to sprawling dining areas, our team handles delivery, setup, signage, and all the finishing touches to create a beautiful, welcoming lunch experience.

Lunch Is Served
Our onsite team manages the entire lunch service, keeping serving stations stocked, maintaining food presentation, and helping employees navigate the menu, including dietary preferences and restrictions. We monitor the flow of service and make adjustments as needed so lunch runs smoothly.

Activations & Special Experiences
Beyond everyday lunch, we create special food experiences that bring something new to the office. From farmers markets and chef-led tastings to seasonal celebrations and interactive food stations, our culinary and onsite teams handle the planning, preparation, setup, and service. Activations can be incorporated into your regular meal program or planned around a special occasion.

When Lunch Is Over
Our team breaks down the serving stations, clears equipment, and cleans the service area. We package eligible leftover food for donation through our local nonprofit partners and handle the remaining food waste. We also collect meal feedback and participation data to help improve future menus and service.

Feedback Makes Every Meal Better
We collect feedback directly from employees to understand what they love, what they’d like to see more of, and where we can improve. Our culinary and account management teams use that feedback, along with participation data, to refine menus, adjust service, and keep the program evolving with your team’s preferences.
